The entire visit — from classroom interactions to outdoor village inspections — required our cameras to be connected live and uninterrupted, ensuring that virtual members never missed a moment.
In the process, it was necessary to provide real-time two-way dialogue, live video feed from every location, and stable connectivity in the no-network area — so that any member could ask questions to university staff at any time and be shown and answered immediately.
Impact of our Unique Solution
Despite many trials and after approaching multiple companies by the university, we emerged as the only company capable of delivering this complex and real-time solution with precision and reliability — exactly as required by the university.
NAAC officials appreciated the execution and mentioned on record that this was the first successful Hybrid Visit.
